The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects posted on various online job platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, 99designs, TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, SimplyHired, and Hubstaff Talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strategic approach to secure high-quality projects that align with our company's expertise and goals. Responsibilities : Monitor and analyze job postings on multiple platforms to identify relevant projects. Write and submit compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements. Maintain a high bid conversion rate by understanding client needs and presenting Bibbder's services effectively. Communicate with potential clients to clarify project details and requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and capabilities. Keep track of all bid submissions, follow-ups, and responses in a systematic manner. Provide regular updates on bid status and outcomes to the management team. Develop and implement strategies to improve bidding success and client acquisition. Requirements : Proven experience in bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, 99designs, TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, SimplyHired, and Hubstaff Talent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of web development, design, and other IT services offered by Bibbder. Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. A proactive and strategic mindset. Preferred Qualifications : Experience working with international clients. Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and content writing projects. Background in IT services or a related field.
