Job Description : Job Overview :
We are hiring a results-driven SEO Specialist to lead and manage search optimization strategies for a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. This in-office role requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking to enhance online visibility, organic traffic, and lead conversions.
As our SEO Specialist, you’ll be responsible for improving search rankings, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing our digital presence across websites, mobile apps, and emerging technologies like chatbots. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that deliver measurable results and ensure our brand stays competitive in the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct keyword research and develop tailored SEO strategies for both B2B (e.g., long-form, solution-driven) and B2C (e.g., product or service-focused) campaigns.
- Perform technical SEO audits and optimizations across client websites.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage on-page SEO activities : metadata, keyword placement, content structure, user experience improvements.
- Execute off-page strategies including link building, guest posting, and digital PR, aligned with each client’s market.
- Monitor performance using analytics and SEO tools; track KPIs such as keyword rankings, bounce rates, and conversion paths.
- Collaborate with content, web development, and social teams to ensure SEO is implemented across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay informed on search engine updates, competitive trends, and evolving B2B / B2C search behavior.
- Perform ongoing competitor analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities.
- Write or guide SEO-driven content and collaborate on copywriting initiatives to enhance ranking potential.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously refine SEO strategies.
Job Specification : Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO (handling both B2B and B2C projects is preferred).Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, technical site structure, and content optimization.Experience with keyword research, competitor monitoring, and SEO copywriting.Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.Proficiency in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.Ability to build and execute integrated SEO plans for a range of industries and audiences.Strong reporting skills and a data-driven mindset.Must be office-based in Rawalpindi or willing to relocate.Job Rewards and Benefits : Health Insurance,Leaves #J-18808-Ljbffr
