We are currently on the lookout for a highly motivated Bidding Specialist with sales and business development experience and talented Upwork Bidder and Social Media Platform Bidder to join our team. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a proven track record of successfully bidding on projects, and the ability to identify and secure opportunities across multiple platforms. Both males and females are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully securing projects and generating revenue through online bidding platforms. This person should have strong analytical skills and possess a deep understanding of the online bidding process.

Responsibilities :

• Actively search and identify project opportunities on Upwork, Fiverr, and various social media platforms.
• Prepare and submit well-crafted and compelling project proposals / bids that effectively highlight our strengths and capabilities.
• Engage in regular communication with potential clients to understand their project requirements, answer queries, and negotiate terms.
• Conduct thorough research to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
• Collaborate with the internal team to gather necessary information and develop accurate project estimations.
• Maintain a record of bid submissions, responses, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
• Continuously monitor project boards, job postings, and social media platforms to identify potential leads and bidding opportunities.
• Proactively build and maintain professional relationships with clients, focusing on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes in bidding strategies to optimize success rates.
• Demonstrate multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Expert in custom proposals creation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
