As a BDM at Locumsmart Ltd., you will be responsible for expanding our client base and generating revenue for the business. This is a key role that will directly contribute to the growth and success of the company. Key Responsibilities : Client Retention and Activation :

Reach out to existing clients and reignite relationships, persuading them to re-engage and provide work, using your expertise to show them the value of our services. New Client Acquisition :

Research and identify potential new clients. Approach them by understanding their staffing needs, gathering candidate CVs, and proposing the best solutions. Revenue Generation :

Demonstrate how you have generated revenue for businesses in the UK. Increase our client base by sourcing new leads and converting them into long-term clients. Research and Tendering :

Regularly research available tenders and business opportunities that we can apply for, even without licenses, and identify ways to increase our business footprint. Collaboration :

Work closely with internal teams to ensure the client’s needs are fulfilled and maintain strong relationships with them. Requirements : Proven Experience :

Extensive experience as a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a successful track record of generating revenue and increasing client databases, especially in the UK market. Proven Results :

A clear demonstration of how you have previously increased business revenue and brought in new clients. Can-Do Attitude :

A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive business growth. Sales-Driven :

You should have a strong passion for sales and business development, with a clear focus on results. Remote Working Experience :

Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
