Online Bidder

Are you great at writing winning proposals and building client relationships online? I am looking for an Online Bidder to help us grow by identifying and securing projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

What You’ll Do :

Write and submit compelling proposals on Upwork and other platforms.

Analyze project requirements and customize bids accordingly.

Communicate with leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Work with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

Meet and exceed monthly lead conversion goals.

What I Am Looking For :

1+ years of experience bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork preferred).

Knowledge of IT services, digital marketing, web / app development, or design.

Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven.

Shift :

8 am to 4 pm (morning)
