Job Description : Position Summary :
We are looking for a talented and experienced Bark Bidder responsible for managing the bid and proposal process for our projects. The successful candidate will research project requirements, prepare competitive bids, and ensure our proposals are well-prepared, compliant, and reflective of our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Analysis : Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, including specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documentation.
- Cost Estimation : Prepare detailed cost estimates considering project expenses and other associated costs.
- Bid Preparation : Prepare clear, comprehensive bids and proposals tailored to client needs and expectations.
- Compliance : Ensure all bids and proposals adhere to regulatory requirements and meet high standards of quality and safety.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and organized records of all bidding activities, including communications, calculations, and contracts.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with project management and sales teams to align strategies and ensure effective communication throughout the bidding process.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications :
Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Bark Bidder or in a similar role.Strong analytical skills to analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.Exceptional attention to detail in bid preparation and documentation.Proficient negotiation skills with clients.Familiarity with relevant software and tools used for estimating and bidding.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing.Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously.The monthly stipend will be disclosed after the interview and based on experience.
