Trainee Recruitment Researcher

This is NOT a management or HR position so we are keen to look at candidates who have done BA / BSc / BCom only

We are currently seeking to employ a number of Researchers to work closely with our team. This role is a great training ground for individuals who wish to pursue a career in recruitment.

TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES OF A RECRUITMENT RESEARCHER :

• Sourcing candidates as directed by the Recruitment Consultants
• This will include headhunting via sourcing from a large in-house database and using social media including LinkedIn and various other websites
• Reviewing applications, considering candidates and shortlists
• Identifying and evaluating employers' recruitment needs
• Using marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts
• Maintaining current records and personal statistics for review against targets
• Working closely with the recruitment consultants
