Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned channel accounts. Explore and develop new channels while maintaining current developed channels. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and expectations. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. Conduct market research and identify areas for improvement. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate the needs of channels on an ongoing basis. Drive adoption of company programs among assigned channels. Monitor current account sales. Qualifications :

Preferably Master’s degree Experience :

Preferably 1 year of channel sales experience Special Skills : Excellent communication skills Problem solving and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to train, develop and encourage team TSMs
