About the Role Position Responsibilities : Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing IT graduates in diverse roles. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their IT recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies. Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as networking, job boards, social media, and referrals, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job specifications and company culture. Foster strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey and providing valuable insights. Stay informed about IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and job market dynamics to provide expert advice to candidates and clients. Maintain accurate and organized records within our applicant tracking system. Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required : Minimum graduate with a degree in HR or a related field, demonstrating a strong interest in technology and recruitment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with IT professionals and clients effectively. Proficiency in using online platforms, social media, and networking for candidate sourcing and engagement. Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate candidate evaluations and administrative tasks. Passion for staying up-to-date with IT industry trends and emerging technologies.
