As a vital part of CureMD’s IT team, the Associate IT Support Officer will play a key role in providing technical assistance and ensuring smooth IT operations. Acting as the first line of support, this role is responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring a seamless user experience across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of CureMD’s LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated technical issues and ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor system performance and configurations to maintain network security and stability.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to IT workflow enhancements.
• Assist in hardware procurement and maintain an accurate IT asset inventory through the designated software portal.
