We are seeking an IT Support Officer with 1 year of experience to assist our clients in the accounting industry with technical support and system maintenance. Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT systems and network infrastructure. Collaborate with team members on IT projects and improvements. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain documentation. Conduct training sessions for users on software and system usage. Job Specification

Proficiency in Windows environment. Strong understanding of networking concepts and security practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills and strong customer service orientation. Other leaves (as per USA) Timing : 7pm to 3am
