Deputy Manager Sales (North)

Manage, supervise, motivate and monitor team performance.

Set sales targets and guide the sales team to achieve them.

Keep abreast of what competitors are doing.

Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products.

Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes.

Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning.

Devise and instigate all areas of Sales and Marketing.

Job Specification

The ideal candidate must have the enthusiasm and motivation to take up the challenges. Graduate / Masters degree holder from a prestigious institute and 10 years of experience with an exceptional track record of sales success. Be a team player with strong financial and business insight along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
