IT Support / Network Troubleshooter

Overview

We are seeking a

reliable and skilled freelance Computer Hardware Troubleshooter and Network Engineer

to provide on-demand support for our

Head Office and Branch Office located in Karachi . This role is ideal for a professional looking for flexible, day-by-day work, as you will only be required to provide services

as needed

and will not be expected to be in the office full-time. Responsibilities

PC Hardware and Software Troubleshooting : Diagnosing and resolving issues with

Intel-based PCs

(desktop and laptop). Operating System Management : Performing

OS installations

(Windows, etc.) and configuration. Data Backup : Developing and implementing effective

backup plans

to ensure data integrity and recovery. Network Troubleshooting : Identifying and resolving general

network problems

(LAN / WAN). Printer Management : Installing and configuring

shared network printers . VPN Maintenance : Maintaining the

VPN network

connection between the Head Office and the Branch Office. Required Knowledge & Skills

Proven knowledge and experience in

computer hardware troubleshooting

(Intel-based systems). Strong understanding of

operating systems installation and configuration . Experience in

data backup strategies and implementation . Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing common

network connectivity issues . Expertise in

setting up and maintaining shared network printers . Experience with

VPN configuration and maintenance

is mandatory. Compensation

Fixed Monthly Salary :

Rs. 25,000 / - Work Schedule :

Services are required
