Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Business Development Representative in Sales, located in Karachi Division. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for lead generation, inside sales, and business development activities. Day‑to‑day tasks will include identifying and contacting potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, presenting and promoting EFU Life’s products and services, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills

Business Development and Communication skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
