If you’re quick to learn, super organized, and can juggle a bunch of tasks without breaking a sweat, this gig might be right up your alley.

Responsibilities

• Book meetings across different time zones, sometimes at unusual hours.
• Sort out travel plans—including flights and hotels—and handle any last-minute changes.
• Set up interviews and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Manage the inbox by sorting, prioritizing, and flagging what’s important.
• Maintain a packed diary with many moving parts, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Qualifications

You’re adaptable, sharp, and don’t get rattled easily. You’ve got a knack for staying organized and can prioritize like a pro when things get busy. If you’ve done admin or project management before, that’s awesome, but what really matters is being quick-witted and practical. It helps if you’re tech‑savvy and can handle tools like calendars and email apps without a hitch.

Bonus points if you have a background in tech, software, or AI; it’s not a must. The must is keeping things confidential and communicating clearly—no drama, just results.
