Location : Remote (Must be based in Karachi, Pakistan) About Us : We are a dynamic investment company based in Dallas, Texas, specializing in real estate ventures. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated and intelligent Remote Executive Assistant to join our team. This position is remote, but candidates must be based in Karachi, Pakistan. Responsibilities : Assist executives in day-to-day tasks with a focus on real estate investment operations. Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties. Manage and organize complex data sets using Excel. Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Requirements : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High aptitude and quick learner. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills. Ability to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Interview Process : Remote screening before February 1st. In-person interviews in Karachi from February 1st to 10th. Compensation : Monthly salary range : 100,000 to 150,000 PKR.
