Bachelor’s Degree (Females are encouraged to apply) Core Responsibilities :
Greet persons entering the organization. Direct persons to correct destination. Deal with queries from the public and customers over the phone. Makes a record of all walk-in customers. Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls, or taking messages as necessary. Place telephone calls or arrange conference calls as instructed. Send, receive, sort & distribute mail and deliveries. Make a record of daily mail & deliveries. Any other task assigned by the supervisor. Skills Required :
Proven work experience as a receptionist.
