Job Description
To facilitate the business by supporting sales operations provided.
To monitor credit vs cash sales, credit recoveries, and KPIs such as execution ratio and DENE. Ensure bank deposits are intact.
To visit markets to ensure smooth sales operations, maintain checks and balances, and gather feedback on customer complaints.
To ensure QMS (Quality Management System) & GDP (Good Distribution Practices) are followed in concerned warehouses and coordinate with the Quality & Compliance team.
To maintain professional and productive relationships with all stakeholders to ensure quality service provision at the customer end.
