Assistant Manager Costing

Determine labor and FOH absorption rates to optimize cost structures, preparation of budgets and contribute to the development of cost-effective strategies.

Prepare and present order-wise profit or loss analyses, comparing actual performance to budgeted expectations.

Conduct quantitative reconciliation for production accounts and provide detailed expenses analysis and reporting.

Ensure accuracy of ERP system's production accounting, inventory data, and other control activities.

Should have experience in manufacturing concern (textile / Apparel) with hands-on experience in SAP B1

Education : M.Com, MBA, ACMA Finalist, ACCA, CA Articles Completed from a well-reputed institute.

Experience : 3-5 Years in Apparel Sector

Proficiency in cost accounting principles and methodologies, including standard costing, variance analysis, and activity-based costing. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
