Get the sales and do marketing using various methods (door to door, cold calling, presentations etc.) Evaluate customer skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. Meet the personal and team sales targets. Research accounts and generates or follow through sale leads. Report and provide feedback to the reporting manager. Provide assistance in store related other operations including loading and unloading of some of the store products or any other tasks. Should be ready to perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the management. Deal with customers and building healthy relations with them on store. Pitching the new customers and clients in potential areas. Prepare daily reports and of your daily out going surveys. Do phone calling to customers and update the management with any suggestion or feedback through report.
