Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with over two years of proven experience to drive client acquisition and strengthen our market presence in the transportation and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will excel at lead generation, relationship building, and closing high-value deals. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching services to finalizing contracts and ensuring seamless client onboarding. In addition, the position requires active collaboration with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and foster long-term client partnerships. Responsibilities

Generate New Business Leads : Use cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies to identify potential clients. Build Client Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty. Conduct Sales Meetings : Deliver presentations to prospective clients to showcase services and negotiate deals. Meet Sales Targets : Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery. Requirements

Experience : Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (transportation / logistics industry preferred). Skills : Strong communication (verbal & written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Work Ethic : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Education : High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. What We Offer
