Job description
The pay range for this position is 30 to 40K, Monthly. The pay determination is commission based on the number of deals closed in a month. 30k for each deal closed. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus on completing the targets. Be Ready To : Analyze, evaluate, and price commercial business Market and negotiate new business terms and conditions Assist with new agency appointments Develop growth and profitability plans Collaborate with team members Job Specification
Be Equipped With : Have a minimum of 1 year of commercial underwriting experience, more than 3 years is preferred Understand agency management opportunities
