Technical Lead (Web)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Technical Lead with 7+ years of experience in web application development, team leadership, and project delivery. This role requires hands-on expertise with modern web technologies, along with a proven ability to design, architect, and implement scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will not only lead by example in technical excellence but will also take on broader responsibilities to mentor the team, establish processes, and contribute to organizational growth. With demonstrated performance, this role has a clear path to becoming an Engineering Manager, overseeing cross-functional teams and driving product development at a strategic level.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end development of high-quality web applications, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Architect and build cloud-native solutions using AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and ECS.
• Define, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and web architectures.
• Oversee code quality and conduct peer reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and set growth objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Act as a technical point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Establish efficient development processes, including CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and source code management.
• Drive Agile adoption across the team and refine workflows for better efficiency.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical decisions with business objectives.
• Contribute to long-term planning by identifying technical risks and opportunities.
• Advocate for continuous improvement in technologies, tools, and methodologies.
