Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Technical Lead located in IslΔmΔbΔd, Pakistan. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technical projects, leading a team of developers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of code, and collaborating with other departments to align technical goals with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include code reviews, mentoring team members, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing performance to meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities :
- Lead technical decision-making and architecture planning for core platform features.
- Work hands-on across the full tech stack : TypeScript, React, Mantine, Python with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis (cache), and Kubernetes.
- Guide and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring clean code, quality standards, and efficient development workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and deliver features on time.
- Review pull requests, resolve complex bugs, and contribute to performance improvements.
- Champion best practices in CI / CD, testing, and agile development.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of codebase as we grow.
