Job descriptionProven experience as an ERP / Business Functional Consultant Hands‑on exposure to one or more ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Odoo, NetSuite) Strong understanding of core business processes and reporting / analytics needs Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple engagements and work effectively with remote teams. At Emergen, we are seeking an experienced ERP / Business Functional Consultant to partner with clients on ERP implementations and optimizations that align system capability with business processes.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements; produce BRDs / FRDs and process maps
- Configure ERP modules; support customizations, integrations, and data migration
- Lead functional testing, UAT, and go‑live readiness activities
- Train end users and provide post‑implementation hypercare and support
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions
- Recommend best‑practice process improvements across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Sales.
