We are seeking a mission-driven Business Developer to help expand our agency’s software business, specializing in AI, web, and digital services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outreach, pitching tailored solutions, and closing deals that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads via email outreach, LinkedIn, and freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr)
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate software, web, or AI solutions
Execute cold calling and targeted email marketing campaigns
Prepare proposals, estimates, and follow-up communications
Close deals and coordinate project handover with the technical team
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in tech / IT)
Strong English communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in proposal writing and client handling
Familiarity with CRM tools and / or freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr)
Base salary + commission on closed projects
Fully remote and flexible work environment
