Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead

As Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring cross-functional technology teams of junior software engineers while closely working with Q&A and DevOps. You will be required to implement and maintain the best practices of SDLC to design, develop, and maintain Enterprise-grade, highly robust, and scalable solutions. You will design, update, and own the technical roadmap while having responsibilities for the evolution, development, and delivery of the core platform and products. You will assess complex stakeholder requirements and fit them into the technology stack, whilst improving the system from the perspective of the technical team and end-users. It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years of experience with retained hands-on capabilities with Technology stack and tools (Java, Spring Boot, React.js or Angular, Postgres, Redis, Message Brokers, JMS, Spring-based Micro Services). You have a deep understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable applications. In-depth knowledge and experience of Software Design and Architecture. Working experience as project manager or team lead. You have a proven track record of successfully communicating with multiple stakeholders, including the engineering team, the leadership team, and other company functions. You think strategically and are able to see the big picture. You have a balanced systematic approach to programs of work and problem solving.
