This is not a just manage the brand role. At Knoativ, you will help shape brands at multiple levels, including ours, our partners, and our clients, across industries and markets. You will be part strategist, part creator, and part innovator, using creativity, technology, and data to craft brands that stand out and deliver measurable business impact.

You will be hands-on from day one. One week you could be building a pitch presentation that wins a new client, the next you might be overseeing the rollout of a new brand identity, and the following week you could be leading an AI-driven creative initiative.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute brand strategies that elevate positioning, storytelling, and visual identity across multiple projects and industries.
• Drive pre-sales brand work by creating powerful pitch decks, proposals, and visual narratives that inspire confidence and win business.
• Lead the creation and management of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across campaigns, channels, and stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver brand campaigns, product launches, and market activations from concept through execution.
• Oversee ongoing brand execution for clients, managing creative output, digital presence, and partner or vendor alignment.
• Use prompt engineering and advanced AI tools to streamline creative processes, enhance output, and explore new branding possibilities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy and keep our brands ahead of the curve.
• Work on strategic initiatives that extend beyond marketing by collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to influence business direction.
