We are seeking an experienced Email & SMS Outreach Specialist to take ownership of our outbound B2B lead generation efforts in the U.S. market. This role will focus on identifying target accounts, crafting and executing persuasive email and SMS campaigns, nurturing leads, working closely with our internal sales team, and driving pipeline growth and conversions. The ideal candidate is a proven self‑starter who has generated measurable pipelines, converted quality leads via cold outreach, and thrives in a metrics‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

Build, manage and execute high‑volume cold email and SMS outreach campaigns targeted at U.S. B2B buyer personas

Develop and refine target lists : sourcing contact lists, verifying data, segmenting by vertical, size, geography, project type, etc.

Write and personalize outreach sequences (initial email / SMS, follow‑ups, nurture touches) that align with our unique value proposition

Monitor campaign metrics : open rates, reply rates, meeting booking rates, pipeline generated, lead conversion rate, cost per lead, etc.

Collaborate closely with our sales team and account managers to ensure alignment of messaging, lead hand‑off process, CRM tracking

Qualify leads and schedule discovery / intro calls for the sales team; track lead pipeline in CRM and report progress weekly

Continuously test and optimize outreach message, subject lines, timing, channel mix (email vs SMS) and list segmentation to increase conversion rates

Maintain compliance with U.S. CAN‑SPAM, TCPA, SMS marketing regulations and best practices

Develop playbooks and templates for outreach sequences, with documentation of best practices, win / loss feedback loops and campaign results

Provide weekly / monthly reports on outreach performance, pipeline growth, lead quality, conversion metrics and learnings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of targeted outreach contacts per week

Email open rate, reply rate, meeting booking rate

Number of qualified leads entered into pipeline monthly

Pipeline value generated (dollar amount of future sales tied to outreach leads)

Conversion rate of outreach leads to opportunities and to closed business

Cost per qualified lead via outreach

Lead quality feedback (percentage of leads meeting minimum volume / size criteria)

Required Qualifications & Experience

5+ years

of B2B outbound outreach experience (email and / or SMS) in the U.S. market, selling to contractors / builders / architects or in a similarly sized sales cycle

Proven track record of generating a measurable sales pipeline and converting cold outreach leads into qualified opportunities and closed business

Excellent written communication skills : ability to write compelling outreach emails / SMS messages aligned with a value‑driven offer

Strong data and list management skills : ability to build segmented lists, clean data, manage sequences, track results

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar), email marketing / SMS tools, and analytics / reporting dashboards

Comfortable working with sales and marketing teams, aligning outreach to overall campaign strategy (paid search, affiliate, influencer)

Ability to think strategically (who are the right targets, what value proposition will resonate) and execute tactically (run the outreach campaigns, optimize, iterate)

Experience with lead‑hand‑off process, nurturing semi‑cold leads, and working with a sales team to close deals

Strong self‑organisation, ability to manage multiple sequences, track results, and pivot based on performance

Preferred Qualifications

Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred).

Proven experience executing successful B2B cold email and SMS outreach campaigns targeted at U.S.-based audiences with measurable results in lead generation and pipeline growth.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly KPIs for qualified lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline value.

Experience working with marketing agencies or paid media teams to align outbound with inbound campaigns

Experience with A / B testing outreach sequences and refining templates / playbooks
