The Outreach Specialist will drive the company\'s appointment-setting and lead-generation efforts. They will be tasked with conducting research, identifying potential clients, and developing and executing email marketing campaigns to reach out to these clients. The ideal candidate will be familiar with LinkedIn outreach and appointment setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this role, the Outreach Specialist will be responsible for setting appointments with potential clients and following up as necessary. They will maintain accurate records of their outreach activities and results and continuously improve their strategies and tactics to increase success rates. The Outreach Specialist will also collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful follow-up on leads generated. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Outreach Specialist or in a similar role. They should have a strong knowledge of email marketing and lead generation techniques and strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, with a proven track record of success in appointment setting and lead generation. Conducting research and identifying potential clients for appointment setting and lead generation Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to reach out to potential clients Utilizing LinkedIn for outreach and network building Setting appointments with potential clients and following up as necessary Maintaining accurate records of outreach activities and results Continuously improving outreach strategies and tactics to increase success rates Collaborating with the sales team to ensure successful follow-up on leads generated Who are we looking for?
3+ years of experience in outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting Proven track record of success in driving results through email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach Strong copywriting skills and experience developing compelling email content Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Results-driven approach with a passion for driving success Position : Outreach Specialist Remote Status : Fully Remote Preferred Location : Pakistan Working Hours : 8 am to 5 pm EST Holidays : 14 PTO days per year (Can be used for US or local holidays, etc., accumulating over the year.)
