Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database / data collection to support targeted email marketing campaigns. Conduct regular analysis of email performance and provide detailed reports to track key metrics, including open rates and replies. Optimize email campaigns to increase open rates and engagement, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices. Manage multiple cold email campaigns for clients, tailoring strategies to meet their specific goals and objectives. Craft compelling and personalized copy that grabs the attention of our target audience and drives them to take desired actions. Continuously research and implement innovative techniques to improve cold email effectiveness and maximize response rates. Source relevant information and contact details using tools like Apollo to enhance prospect research and personalized outreach efforts. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and results. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, industry trends, and target audience preferences. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive working experience. Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS companies. Expertise in A / B testing, email automation, tracking, and best practices. Strong skills in email deliverability and spamming issues (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, MX). Strong proficiency in email copywriting, including crafting attention-grabbing hooks, compelling email openers, and impactful subject lines. Experience managing multiple cold email campaigns and optimizing open rates and replies. Sourcing information using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and / or Apollo.io to enhance prospect research and outreach efforts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines and goals. Flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings with Sales Reps in the US outside regular working hours.
