Tour Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility includes answering inbound phone calls regarding domestic travel & guide travelers with pertinent & useful Travel / Holiday information over phone.
• Diagnose the clients’ specifications, wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
• Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking accommodations & securing rental transportation.
• Research various domestic destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
• Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
• Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends.
• Create and update electronic records of clients using Google Doc.
• Maintain relationships with key persons.
• Reach the revenue and profit targets.

Job Specification

We are looking for young motivated individuals who wish to start their career in the Domestic Tourism Industry as Tour Manager.

Job location is in Naval Anchorage on Islamabad Highway near Sihala Islamabad.
