Overview This role is not a narrow SDR position. You will learn the full go-to-market stack. You will research customers, shape messaging, run outbound and inbound motions, conduct discovery, support or lead short demos, track pipeline, and report results. You will use AI tools to accelerate your work. You will own weekly activity and outcome targets and improve them through structured experiments. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales & Growth Fellow to join our Growth & Revenue Team (GRT). This role is designed to give you exposure to the full go-to-market (GTM) stack — from research and outbound sequences to discovery calls and pipeline tracking. You will work across Zikra Infotech LLC, Z360, and Zscribe, depending on company priorities, and play an active role in driving customer engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Research and define ICPs, segments, and qualification checklists for each offering
Build targeted lead lists and run outbound sequences by email and LinkedIn with clear personalization
Triage inbound interest, schedule and run discovery calls, and drive next steps toward demos and trials
Create and maintain clean CRM data with stages, notes, and next actions
Prepare talk tracks, objection handling, and light demo flows tailored to each ICP
Draft briefs for specialists when needed, for example paid campaigns or UGC assets
Design small GTM experiments, track metrics, and iterate based on results
Produce weekly reports on activity, pipeline, and learnings
Use AI tools for research, writing, note-taking, and post-call follow-ups in an ethical, transparent way
Collaborate with product and marketing to align messaging and customer feedback
Follow basic privacy and compliance expectations when working with healthcare leads

Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate, or equivalent proof of ability
Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
Confident on video and comfortable in live conversations
Strong research and organization skills with attention to detail
Proficient with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and a modern CRM
Familiar with AI tools for writing, research, and analysis
Reliable laptop, stable internet, and a quiet workspace suitable for calls
Ability to work a consistent schedule with US Central overlap
Nice to Have Exposure to healthcare, SMB SaaS, or US-facing sales
Basic design or landing page experience
Experience with cold outreach tools or light paid campaigns
