As a

Success Delivery Manager

at PureLogics, you will lead the end‑to‑end client journey—from onboarding and implementation to adoption and growth—ensuring client success with our SaaS solutions. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver exceptional experiences and build long‑term strategic relationships.

Responsibilities :

Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth delivery and post-launch engagement.

Drive onboarding, training, and successful deployment of client products.

Understand client business goals and align our solutions to drive measurable outcomes.

Manage timelines, resources, and client expectations across multiple projects.

Identify growth opportunities within accounts (upsell / cross‑sell) and support the Sales team in converting them.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the client journey.

Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

10 – 12 years of experience in client‑facing roles (Engagement Manager / CSM / Project Manager) in a SaaS or tech environment.

Proven success managing B2B SaaS clients and leading complex project implementations.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.

Comfortable working in fast‑paced, agile environments.

Tech‑savvy and able to translate technical concepts into business value.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM / PM platforms.

Certifications like PMP, CSM, or Customer Success certifications are a plus.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) or API‑based integrations.
