Responsibilities include : Monitor sales and orders booked by Sales Representatives Follow daily sales in accordance with time elapsed Optimize sales by introducing necessary interventions, e.g., Product of the Day Achieve and follow channel-wise targets for GT, LMT, and IMT Ensure and sustain SKU / Call and Effective Route Coverage Optimize and increase daily sales productivity Ensure aggressive penetration throughout the entire coverage universe Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Minimum requirements include good communication and team management skills.
