Job descriptionStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in handling regulatory matters. Accounting & Reporting : Oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Costing & Budgeting : Manage budgeting processes, analyze cost structures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Taxation : Handle all taxation matters, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax strategies. Regulatory Compliance : Interact with regulators, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations. Excel Proficiency : Demonstrate advanced Excel skills to prepare detailed balance sheets and financial statements. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements :
- A proven track record of working in the banking sector, preferably in a senior finance role.
- Extensive experience in accounting, costing, budgeting, reporting, and taxation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
