Job descriptionDevelop the geography through new customer and Distributors. Holding team accountable for sales and profit delivery through frequent sales review meetings. Maintain strong network base of Architects, Builders, Contractors & OEM. Key Responsibilities :
Able to build strong distributor network from the scratch. Manage multiple direct reports to deliver the prescribed sales deliverables. Own key customer relationships. Consistent achievement of targets in terms of Coverage, Sales, Numeric Distribution. Job Specification
Leadership skills to manage a Sales and Distributors team. Personality Traits Required : Strong drive, mindset of continuous improvement, results-oriented, holding people accountable. Strong communication skills to influence both internally and externally. At least 10 years experience in Building Material / Furniture Sales / Building Material Sales. Knowledge of Pan Pakistan. Knowledge of appointing new distributors and ability to work independently (Lahore or Karachi based). KPI's : #J-18808-Ljbffr
