Because everybody at BoostHive plays a part About the Role : We’re seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Design Expert who specializes in creating product-centric, user-driven designs that don’t just look good; they convert into sales. You’ll own the creative journey from product listing images to brand storytelling, ensuring every design element grabs attention, builds trust, and influences purchasing decisions across Amazon, Shopify, and global ecommerce marketplaces (EU, UK, US, CAN). This role is perfect for a design leader who understands that great design equals higher conversion rates, stronger customer loyalty, and tangible revenue growth. Key Responsibilities : Product-Centric Design Creation : Craft high-converting product images, A+ content, storefront visuals, and brand assets optimized for ecommerce platforms. Translate product features into compelling visuals that highlight benefits and trigger buying intent. Conversion-Driven Design Strategy : Apply shopper psychology, marketplace algorithms, and design best practices to increase click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), and overall sales performance. User-Centric Visual Storytelling : Leverage Human-Centered Design (HCD) methods to align visuals with customer motivations, pain points, and purchase behavior across diverse markets (EU / UK / US / CAN). Design Systems & Scalability : Build scalable creative systems for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and cross-border marketplaces while maintaining visual consistency and brand equity. Data-Backed Creative Optimization : Continuously test and refine graphics, A / B test product creatives, and apply analytics to improve design effectiveness and ROI. Cross-Functional Impact : Collaborate closely with growth, sales, and performance marketing teams to ensure every creative asset aligns with business objectives and maximizes revenue impact. Innovation & Experimentation : Stay ahead of ecommerce design trends, competitor strategies, and new tools (AI design, 3D mockups, video creatives) to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s in Communication Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 3–5+ years of experience in ecommerce design with proven results in driving conversion through product-focused creatives. Demonstrated ability to design Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores, Shopify assets, and high-impact product imagery. Strong expertise in user psychology, conversion-focused design, and consumer buying behavior. Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, AI Design Tools, Miro). Experience with A / B testing, design analytics, and performance-driven creative optimization. Portfolio showcasing product-centric designs that increased conversions, CTR, or sales in EU / UK / US / CAN markets. Exceptional communication, organization, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced ecommerce environments, balancing creativity with performance targets.
