What is Expert Design & Experience – InsurTech & HealthTech?

As an Expert Design and Experience – InsurTech and HealthTech, you will lead the end-to-end design process for the mobile and web applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to create intuitive user journeys that simplify complex insurance and healthcare processes such as policy selection, claims, online consultations, lab test bookings, and pharmacy services. Beyond product design, you will be responsible for crafting impactful presentations and working closely with the brand team to align design, branding for insurance and healthcare offerings.

What does Expert Design & Experience – InsurTech & HealthTech do?

• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Design intuitive interfaces for insurance buying, claims filing, healthcare bookings, and digital payments.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive benchmarking to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI / UX designs.
• Create and maintain a design system / style guide to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Optimize designs for mobile-first experiences, ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness.
• Work closely with business teams to simplify complex insurance / healthcare journeys into user-friendly flows.
• Stay updated with healthcare & InsurTech UI / UX trends, ensuring modern and customer-centric experiences.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, customer adoption, and portfolio growth, backed by market research and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with Insurance partners, tech, and marketing team to conceptualize, launch, and optimize innovative digital insurance products.
• Oversee operational execution for product launches, campaigns, and reporting cycles.
