Fusion is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to help scale our digital services and expand our client base. The ideal candidate is someone with strong outreach, lead generation, and client acquisition experience , especially on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Upwork. If you know how to bring clients, close deals, and drive business growth — this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, reach out, and engage potential clients across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (X) .
- Generate leads and close deals through Upwork , ensuring consistent new client onboarding.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns for client outreach and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and improve lead conversion.
- Track sales activities, maintain client databases, and report progress regularly.
Requirements
0–1 years of experience in business development or sales.Strong knowledge of client outreach on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.Experience in acquiring clients on Upwork (must-have).Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and outreach strategies.Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field .Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Goal-driven mindset with a strong ability to work independently.What We Offer
