What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing Creative Learning Experiences : Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that cover foundational skills, creative best practices, and client-readiness for virtual assistants in creative-focused roles.
• Leading Engaging Virtual Sessions : Bring energy and creativity to your classes, transforming each session into an inspiring and interactive experience that sparks curiosity and collaboration.
• Upskilling for Success : Build advanced training programs focused on creative disciplines such as Social Media Marketing / Management, Email Marketing, and Graphic Design.
• Onboarding and Assessment : Guide new hires through onboarding and training, evaluating their skills and readiness to deliver quality creative work to clients.
• Coaching and Mentorship : Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to refine performance, boost confidence, and encourage continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with Teams : Partner with leadership and client success teams to identify skills gaps, customize training plans, and measure outcomes for continuous learning growth.
• Creating Dynamic Content : Develop and update training decks, visuals, modules, and resource libraries that reflect current industry standards and creative trends.
