Job Description : Support Engineer (Fresh Graduates)
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to industrial automation equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of automation systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre and post-sales support.
- Document and report customer issues and solutions.
