We immediately require a Support Engineer, graduate from reputable universities and having good communication skills with at least 2-3 years of related professional experience. The responsibilities would include the following : Provide technical support and assistance to internal networks and existing employees. Work across organization from time-to-time, to solve complex issues and follow reported problems through to their resolution. Respond to employees inquiries. Identify and resolve routine operational systems problems. Install and operate LAN, WAN and dial access services for operations.
