Job descriptionContacting suppliers worldwide to procure specific products at a given price Negotiate with suppliers about the prices and then get a quotation to share with the procurement team. Ensure timely purchase order is sent to the selected / shortlisted supplier Provision of completed documentation to suppliers to sign up Maintenance of record from initiation of contact with supplier till sign up completion Regular follow-ups with suppliers for sign-ups (Emails / Calls) Obtaining product files and quotes from different suppliers Inter department collaboration to ensure the output from sourced supplier Any other task assigned as per requirement.
Additional Skills
- Amazon FBA Wholesale knowledge will be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Management Skills.
- Persistence and determination to follow up and secure the deal.
