Bulerez Consulting is an established Houston Based Consulting / Staffing Company that is committed to partnering with clients to add value to their organizations. We do so by leveraging our experience in the Utilities Sector, Call Center Technology and Management, Project Management, Process Improvement, and SAP.

Our company is looking for a talented and highly qualified candidate to join us as Senior IT Recruiter for our Islamabad Office. Your goal for this position will be finding the right candidate for the clients.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for our clients. You will also be responsible for advertising job positions on various online job boards and social media platforms. You should be developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies. In addition to this, you will also be collaborating with Hiring Managers for evaluating applications on a day-to-day basis. You should be maintaining an effective talent pipeline for potential candidates. Meeting with the clients to know their requirements is a necessary task for this job role.

You should possess relation-building skills as well as amazing decision-making abilities. You should also have extensive knowledge of Resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. You should have great organizational skills with a strategic mindset as well.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting meetings with the clients and noting down their requirements.
  • Discussion on packages and qualifications criteria with the clients.
  • Knowing the job specifications, job candidates, and job requirements for the position.
  • Posting job ads on various platforms such as job boards, social media networks, and website career pages.
  • Attending job fairs and other professional events.
  • Screening resumes and interviewing potential candidates on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future use.
  • Preparing reports on the best-fit candidates and updating the clients.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of the entire hiring process is maintained.
  • Updating and storing all the required information in Resume Databases.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients and other staffing agencies.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field. Will take work experience in lieu of Degree.
  • Work experience as an IT Recruiter, HR Coordinator, Corporate Recruiter, or a similar position in the Human Resources department.
  • Demonstrate the ability to evaluate candidates via the interview process.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Databases.
  • Strong working experience in writing accurate job descriptions.
  • Knowledge of various job boards.
  • Quick decision-making abilities.
  • Phenomenal relation-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Amazing time management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of labor and HR regulations.
  • Excellent work ethics with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate great knowledge of the hiring process.
