We are seeking a meticulous and proactive

Senior Accountant Bidding Officer

to manage the financial aspect of tender submissions and bidding documents for local and international projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare comprehensive financial models and cost estimates for bids.

Analyze and interpret RFP / RFQ requirements and costing templates.

Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure accurate pricing.

Review bid bonds, bank guarantees, and other financial instruments.

Assist in post-bid negotiations and cost rationalization.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

Education :

ACMA (Mandatory)

Experience :

Minimum 3 years in bidding or financial planning roles

Preferred Industry Exposure :

Construction, infrastructure, telecom

Bid preparation and costing skills

Analytical thinking and strategic planning
