Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and general ledger entries. Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, payments, and collections. Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial documents. Calculate and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits and internal control checks to identify areas of improvement and prevent financial fraud. Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies and goals. Provide financial reports and insights to aid in decision-making and financial planning. Stay updated with industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the real estate or related industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures. Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
