Job Overview

As an Accounts Associate , you will directly handle our bookkeeping clients, working closely with existing customers and partners to create value and forge long‑lasting relations. To succeed you must be self‑driven, well‑organized, ready to learn, and result‑oriented, ideally with B2C and B2B experience in the FinTech arena.

Level : IC (I)

Location : Onsite, Bahria Town Phase 8, Islamabad

Compensation : 50,000 / - PKR

Responsibilities

• Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Zoho Books.
• Develop charts of accounts and accounting procedures and systems for new clients.
• Post entries shared by clients into their respective accounts in software daily.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry.
• Review and process unpaid or pending accounts.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations.
• Provide monthly reporting to clients on agreed parameters.
• Analyze and maintain customer account activities.
• Coordinate with the manager to ensure client satisfaction.
• Work on financial models for investment optimization customers.
