Amazon Account & Ads Operations Executive

We’re an e-commerce agency helping brands scale on and off Amazon. Our team has led and built within big agencies before, and chose to create our own to do things better. No politics. We manage multiple accounts across Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC, and advanced reporting (with Google and Meta layered in for attribution). This role is not just about campaign execution. We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and proactive problem-solver who can become a right-hand partner to one of the co-founders, someone who wants variety, learning, and the chance to shape how we work. What You’ll Own Partner across account ops + ads : pacing, QA, experiments, and reporting. Help plan, launch, and iterate Amazon Ads (SP / SB / SD) and collaborate on DSP / AMC projects (we’ll teach you if new). Build n8n workflows and use Amazon APIs to reduce manual work (alerts, reports, enrichments). Apply LLM / AI smartly : craft prompts, know limits, and design simple human-in-the-loop checks. Turn ideas into action : propose tests, document learnings, and fold wins into reusable playbooks. You’ll Thrive Here If… You’re logical, switched on, and curious—you like breaking problems into clean steps. You learn fast, self-teach, and don’t need hand-holding after the first pass. You enjoy automation (n8n / Zapier / Make), basic APIs, and dabbling in SQL / Python when useful. You like debating approaches, writing clear notes, and showing your work with small demos. This Role Is Not For You If… You need rigid SOPs, step-by-step tickets, or frequent re-explanations. You want to “just execute” without proposing improvements. Need handholding throughout. Nice-to-Have (teachables if you don’t have them yet) Amazon Ads (SP / SB / SD), DSP, AMC templated queries. n8n, basic API auth / requests, simple SQL / Python.
