We are seeking a talented Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team on-site. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for supporting multiple Amazon seller accounts, assisting with various tasks related to account management, optimization, and customer service.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with account managers to execute strategies for optimizing client Amazon seller accounts.

Assist with product listing creation and optimization, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Amazon's guidelines.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.

Provide timely and professional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

Analyze sales performance data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Stay updated on Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness in account management.

Job Specification : Requirements :
